1. Information we collect
- Name, email address, country, mobile number, preferred contact method, and session preference.
- Booking date, session time, registration and booking references, voucher use, and payment status.
- Messages sent through the website or by email and messaging applications.
- Audio or video session recordings and written, uncorrected transcriptions.
- Limited technical information needed for website security, diagnostics, and analytics.
2. Why we use information
Information is used to register participants, schedule and conduct sessions, process payments, supply recordings and Starter Packs, respond to questions, arrange Review Sessions, prevent misuse, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.
3. Communications
By registering, a participant permits Prophetic Discovery to communicate through email, the selected contact method, social media, or the website about the requested Services. We do not send unrelated bulk marketing or sell contact details.
4. Recordings and retention
Sessions are recorded for quality assurance and the participant's personal reference. The recording and transcription are shared with the participant. Server copies are normally deleted within 90 days after delivery. A copy may be kept longer when requested by the participant, required by law, or reasonably necessary to handle a dispute or safety matter.
Registration, booking, payment, consent, and communication records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for administration, safeguarding, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.
5. Service providers
Information may be processed by trusted providers used to operate the Services, including HostAfrica for hosting, PayFast for payment processing, EmailJS or an equivalent email provider, website analytics providers, and the participant's selected messaging service. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Payment-card and bank details are entered on PayFast's secure systems. Prophetic Discovery does not collect or store full card details.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information or share recordings with unrelated third parties. Information may be shared with team members and providers only where needed to administer a Service, with a participant's permission, to protect a person from harm, or where lawfully required.
7. Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, including access controls, secure hosting, encrypted connections where available, and restricted payment handling. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Participant rights
Under POPIA, participants may request access to their information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where legally appropriate, objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent for future optional communication.
9. External links
The website links to third parties such as DISC assessment providers. Prophetic Discovery does not control those services and recommends reviewing their privacy terms before submitting information.
