1. Cancelling before a session
A participant who cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may request a full refund or transfer the payment to another available date.
For cancellation within 48 hours, the participant may normally reschedule once without an additional session fee. A refund is not automatic because team and administrative time has already been reserved, but exceptional circumstances will be considered fairly.
2. Missed and completed sessions
A missed session without prior notice is not normally refundable. After a session has taken place, the session fee is non-refundable. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the CPA.
3. Cancellation by Prophetic Discovery
If Prophetic Discovery cancels and cannot offer a suitable alternative, the participant may choose a full refund or transfer the payment to another date.
4. Discount and free-session vouchers
Full and partial discount vouchers are subject to their stated conditions and expiry date. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a participant cancels a voucher booking, reinstatement of the voucher depends on its original terms and whether the session was cancelled with reasonable notice.
5. How to request a change or refund
Email info@propheticdiscovery.co.za with the participant's name, booking reference, session date, and requested outcome. Approved PayFast refunds are returned through PayFast to the original payment method. Processing time depends on PayFast and the participant's bank.
6. Changes to this policy
Changes apply to future registrations from the published effective date. The policy in effect when a booking was confirmed applies to that booking.
